No one ever mentions the shit the Irish have done to the Irish all because of a slight difference of opinion in a religion they both follow.

He spurns the UK and plays internationally for Eire. So why does he not play for a team in the republic?
Won't wear a poppy.but more than happy to earn a very good living in England, paying masses of PAYE. Of which ironically a large tranche, will go towards paying the wages and pensions, of members of the armed forces, he clearly despises.
He could always be true to his principles, get a lower paid job in Irish football and not pay any taxes towards the beastly British armed forces.
